Paula Frances Arrington, age 37, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 21, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Noe and AJ Anderson; and maternal grandparents, Mary and Andy Marteney. She was a devoted homemaker and loving wife, mother, sister, and dear friend who will be greatly missed. “I was extremely blessed to be a part of this beautiful, special woman’s life for the short time God allowed us to be together. We were a match made in Heaven to be cherished and never forgotten.”

Paula leaves her beloved husband, Mark C. Arrington; their infant son, Ian Wesley Arrington; step-daughter, Crystal Arrington of Spring Hope; sisters, Evette Noe (Gary) of McEwen, TN, and Evonne Cameron of Kansas; step-father, Phillip Noe of TN; mother-in-law, Yvonne Arrington of Rocky Mount; aunts, Sue Smith of Kansas, and Elaine Nichelson of Oklahoma; uncle, Bill Marteney of Kansas; nephew, Joseph Noe; along with a host of extended relatives and family friends.

A graveside celebration of Paula’s life will take place at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Upper Town Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Rocky Mount with Elder Kenneth Wyndham officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
