Shiela Lynn Skinner, 49, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023. She was born on September 16, 1974 to Gary and Loretta Moyer Earley. She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Bryant Earley.

She is survived by her son, Jeffery H Skinner and wife, Mattie of Bailey; mother, Loretta Earley of Greenville; brother, William Dale Earley and wife, Zelda of Hollister; along with other extended relatives.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
