Steve "Hollywood" Lancaster Obituary

Rocky Mount –

Steve Lancaster, affectionately known by family and friends as "Hollywood", passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the age of 71. He was born in Edgecombe County on August 29, 1953 to William and Kassie Moseley Lancaster. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Glenn Edward Lancaster, Shirley Ann Watkins, Evelyn Wise, Paul David Lancaster, Grady Lancaster and Larry Lancaster.

He is survived by his brothers, Richard Lancaster and Alton Lancaster and wife, Donna, all of Rocky Mount; nephews, Ricky Lancaster of Rocky Mount, Anthony Lancaster of Nashville and Bill Lancaster of Rocky Mount; along with several other extended relatives.

The family will host a memorial service at 11:00am on Monday, February 3, 2025 around the pond at Davis Mobile Home Park, Yellow Rose Lane, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
